Shipping policy

Shipping :
Our products take between 24 and 72 hours to be shipped. Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you within 5 business days of your order.

Delivery :
Our delivery times do not include weekends and holidays:

Delivery in UK: 7 to 10 working days

Delivery in US: 8 to 12 working days

Delivery in Europe : 7 to 12 working days

Delivery worldwide: 8 to 15 working days

Tracking of your package
Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail within 5 business days following your order.

You can track your package on our website in the "Track my order" section.

On very rare occasions, packages may take longer than expected (Strikes, holidays, force majeure, out of stock...) Unfortunately, we cannot control delivery times or unexpected delays that may occur along the way.

In any case, if your package does not arrive after 5 weeks, we will send it back to you or give you a full refund.

Incorrect information
Any errors made by the customer when submitting delivery details, such as incorrect address, email address, name, city or country, that result in delivery problems, will be the responsibility of the customer and our refund and free re-delivery policy will not apply.

Cancellation of an order
Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it after 12 hours as your order may have already been processed.

Unordered Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are returned to us because they are refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or due to an incorrect or insufficient address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct or sufficient information to deliver the goods in good faith.

Duties and Taxes
On very rare occasions, a package may be subject to customs duties. It is also possible that customs may delay the delivery of certain packages.

We have no control over customs and therefore cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur. Customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Separate packages
An order may be split into multiple packages for one of the following reasons:

Some items may be out of stock.
Weight restrictions for conventional delivery imposed by the Post Office.
Different manufacturers and storage locations. We work from different warehouses on different continents to bring you the best selection of products at an affordable price. Therefore, some of your packages may be in a foreign language and prices may vary depending on where you live.
